No. Your audio and text are private to your account. We do not listen to them or read them, and we do not use them to train AI. Your text is deleted as soon as your audio is made, and audio files are deleted after 3 days (Free) or 30 days (paid). The only exception is a specific file we must open to investigate an abuse report, a legal request or a security problem.

No. Cylindricle does not clone voices and does not accept voice samples. Every voice is an original synthetic voice with an invented name, and none imitates a real person.

Set a sentence pause and a paragraph pause, or add [pause 2s] anywhere in your text for an exact silence of that length. Choose Relaxed, Natural or Brisk pace, or fine-tune the speed. Add a pronunciation list for names and brand words.

MP3 on every plan. Paid plans also get WAV and subtitle files (SRT and VTT) with word timings. Files are kept for 3 days on the free plan and 30 days on paid plans, so download what you need.

Your text is used only to make your audio. It is removed from our database when the audio finishes or fails, and we do not use it to train any model. See the privacy policy for details.

You pay once per month in Indian rupees. Plans do not renew automatically; we email you before yours ends and you can renew from your account. Unused monthly characters and the audio count start fresh when you renew; they do not roll over. Top-up packs last 12 months and stay on your account even if your plan ends, until you buy a plan again. Pause tags are free.

Yes, a full refund within 7 days of buying if you have not used any characters from that purchase. Characters from failed audios are returned automatically. The refund policy has the full terms.
