Delivery Policy

Cylindricle is a digital service. Nothing is shipped, so there are no delivery charges and no waiting for a courier.

Plan activation

After your payment is confirmed, your plan or top-up is added to your account within moments, normally within a minute. A receipt is emailed to your account email. If your payment went through but your plan has not appeared after 15 minutes, write to support@cylindricle.com with your payment ID and we will fix it straight away.

Your audio

Audio is made in the cloud and delivered to your account. A short text is usually ready in under a minute, though the first request after a quiet period can take around half a minute longer while a server starts. Long texts take longer and run in the background, so you can close the page and return. Download links are private and time-limited.

Files are kept for a limited time

Files are kept for 3 days on the Free plan and 30 days on paid plans, and then deleted automatically. Download what you want to keep.

Delays and outages

If audio cannot be produced because of a fault on our side, the characters are returned automatically. See the refund policy.

Where you can use it

The service is available worldwide through the website. Paid plans are billed in Indian rupees.
